LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent given to the controller in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send marketing communications and other marketing activities related to your person by the controller.

3.2. The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The period during which your personal data will be stored by the controller is indefinite but no longer than the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).

OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing accounting services for UOL a.s. whose system will process tax documents.

5.2. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

6.1. Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.

6.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the controller at any time. However, the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such revocation is not affected. You may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data in writing or by email.

6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been or is being violated by the Regulation, you have the right, among other things, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement necessary to conclude a contract.

6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, if profiling relates to this direct marketing.
